Outer Leather:
Made from oil-tanned “Crazy Horse” cowhide sourced from Poland’s finest tanneries, the leather features a rugged, vintage-inspired aesthetic. It measures between 1 and 1.5 mm in thickness, providing a solid barrier against everyday wear and tear while maintaining flexibility. Though initially matte, the surface develops a sophisticated gloss as it ages, showcasing its character with every crease and touch.

Inner Leather:
The interior is finished with split leather and velour for a soft-touch experience that cushions your phone and prevents micro-abrasions, adding a refined feel every time you open the case.

Phone Holder:
A flexible, shock-absorbent TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) frame holds your Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G securely in place. Designed to resist cracking, bending, or breaking, the holder adds another layer of impact resistance and protects your device’s most vulnerable edges.

Crazy Horse Leather: Use a dry microfiber cloth to remove dust and superficial dirt. Avoid water-based cleaners and wet wipes, as they may cause discoloration. For deeper cleaning, use leather foam or spray, and follow with a neutral wax or cream to nourish and preserve the finish.

Split Leather: Wipe clean using a slightly damp cloth and a small amount of mild leather soap. Apply balm sparingly to prevent the material from drying out or cracking.

Velour: Clean with a suede brush or a dry cloth. Do not apply water or cleaners, as they can distort the soft surface. Use specialized erasers for velour or suede when needed.

TPU: Clean with a damp cloth and gentle soap, then immediately dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive brushes or cloths that could damage the smooth surface.

Due to the case’s multiple protective layers and dense leather exterior, compatibility with all wireless chargers is not guaranteed. While wireless charging is possible, best results are achieved using high-powered chargers (at least 20W output and a minimum 4–5 mm effective range).
